The Jigsaw Cocoon Coat

Happy Monday everyone! Now I know it may not be the most cheery day of the week (depending on your outlook) but I wanted to start this post with a positive note as I think a little goes a long way and boy do I need it this week! I’ve got lots of blog stuff to do before I’m back down to London on Friday to see my best friends who I haven’t seen in months – I’m so excited!

This little outfit post features my current favourite jacket which you can get via Lyst, but more on that below as it’s a great way to find and curate your own list (see what they did there) of style items from oh so many stores! Seriously, there’s so much to look through and you can create separate lists for different things too.

Anyway, this coat has totally sparked off my love of all things belted. I’m strictly an oversized fit kinda girl, but it’s really become a bit of an obsession of mine to have a perfectly belted in waist. I need to hunt down some more belted jackets or buy some belts to customise my current ones! What do you think?

Speaking of jackets, I’ve been searching Lyst for some new ones and I’ve fallen in love with quite a few. I’ve been using Lyst for aaages now (maybe over a year?) as it’s really handy for gathering in high street, mid range and designer items together in one place so you don’t have to trawl through each site. You can save them to your account too, and they’ll give you notifications if they go on sale plus tells you if the place offers free shipping, so it really pays off to have a look! I love this By Malene Birger blazer and this Maje pinstripe blazer which are both perfect Spring updates!

Have you used Lyst before?
