BEAUTY: Skincare Favourites #2

Hello! I switch up my skincare so much that when I notice I’m using the same products over and over, it seems like a pretty big deal. Recently, since organising my products, I’ve been reaching for some old favourites that have really helped my skin!

You’re probably all aware I’m a big fan of treatments. Serums, oils, combinations of the two, I’ll take them all please. So, as I’m trying to savour the last of my Balance Me Radiance Face Oil, I’ve been opting for the wonderful Trilogy Rosehip Oil. It’s really reasonably priced and works so well to hydrate skin and even out tone, definitely a great ‘starter’ facial oil.

As for serums, my long time favourite Antipodes Apostle Skin-Brightening Tone-Correcting Serum has crept its way back into my routine. It’s just such a wonderful serum and you can genuinely see a difference to your skin when you use it. I tend to apply it before my daytime moisturiser and it helps to brighten and clear my skin, an all round winner!
Another favourite is Yon-Ka Hydra No1, which is a seriously hydrating formula and plumps up skin, getting rid of any dry spots in the process. I think this is great to use when my skin’s being a bit dull or if I’ve had a few blemishes, at it really sorts my complexion out.

Over treatments, I usually use a targeted moisturiser to combat any skin issues I’m having. Recently I’ve been loving Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins as it helps brighten, hydrate and really gives my skin a good overhaul during the night, so I wake up with fresher skin in the morning. It works so well with serums and oils, so it’s one of my all time favourites to use!
Oh and as for eye creams, I’ve forgot (well, couldn’t find it for a while!) to use my Kiehl’s Line-Reducing Eye-Brightening Concentrate and really noticed a difference – my dark circles got worse! So, I’m back to using it religiously day and night, as it’s such a wonderful eye cream!

So they’re all my current  favourites. If you have combination skin like mine then they may be perfect for you and are definitely worth checking out if you want some targeted treatments for hydrating, brightening and to even your skintone.

What are your favourite skincare treatments? Any I should get?
