If there’s one ‘drugstore’ brand that I really like, it’s Soap and Glory. I use their body products religiously (hello Smoothie Star) and their eyeliner has a special place in my heart, so I was very happy when this little parcel arrived at my doorstep. So, S&G has released a bunch of new products including two eyeshadow palettes, a skinny version of their eyeliner and three blushes for you to snap up on your next trip to Boots. I’ve been testing them out for the past week or so, so I’ll give you the lowdown on what you need to add to your collection.

I’ll start with the eyeshadow palettes, I was really pleasantly surprised at how much I actually love these. I always find drugstore brands can be a bit hit and miss with their shadows – as they’re often chalky or if they’re pigmented, they have major fall out etc – but I genuinely love these. There’s two new ones; first is the Soap and Glory Kick into Neutral Palette which contains – you guessed it – ten neutral shades for you to mix up into daytime appropriate looks or smoke it out for an evening. The shadows are soft and pigmented plus they last a hell of a long time without creasing, too. The other palette is the Soap and Glory The Ultimatte Collection Palette which has, again, 10 shades but this time they’re all matte. I love the mix of wearable shades from taupe to cream, but also the dark blue and peachy tone which offers something a little different. I’ll be testing this one out next week, but I genuinely love the look of it.

Next are the Soap & Glory Made You Blush Blushes! There’s three new shades for you to pick from: Twinkle Rose (a pearlescent pink), Cheeky Pink (a matte pink) and Rosy Chic (a matte muted rose-pink). Naturally, the rose toned one is my favourite as it gives you a beautiful, natural looking flush to the cheeks and the coloured are very pigmented. Each blush comes with a brush hidden underneath and a mirror in the lid, so it’s a great option to throw in your makeup bag!

Aaand finally, I absolutely adore normal S&G eyeliner, but there’s now the Soap and Glory Supercat Skinny Eyeliner which is a slimmer version of my fave. I really like how slim, but not ridiculously tiny, the nib is so you can get very precise flicks plus it’s just as black and long lasting as it’s always been! Thumbs up for this one.

Are you going to pick up any of these?
