BEAUTY: Five Beauty Favourites

So, here we are, a little round up of the products I’ve been testing, reusing and loving over the past few weeks. Some are new, others are old loves that have been dragged out of my collection and given some attention. Let’s start left to right, shall we?

First up is the wonderful Aurelia Refine and Polish Miracle Balm, a longer term favourite of mine. It’s like a balm and an exfoliator all in one, so you get the polishing and refining action along with the hydrating and soothing part of a balm. It’s the best combination for smooth yet plump skin!

Next is the Redken Iron Shape 11, which is a finishing thermal spray. You can spritz this onto damp or dry hair before blowdrying or straightening, but it doesn’t weigh hair down or make it look lank. I really like this spray and definitely need to use it all the time now I’ve had my damaged ends cut off!

There’s a body product up next and it’s the amazing REN Moroccan Rose Gold Glow Perfect Dry Oil. Now, I’m a huge fan of dry oils. Huge. If you’re someone who forgets to moisturise, or doesn’t like to because it takes ages to dry – get this dry oil! It sinks in fast and smells absolutely divine!

I’ve become a bit obsessed with washing my hands when I’m around the flat recently, mostly because I’m in charge of the cooking and cleaning (by choice, ain’t no one allowed in mah kitchen) but it’s taken its toll on my hands. The Lanolips Antibacterial Hand Balm has been helping soothe and hydrate my hands back to their usual soft selves.

Finally, it’s the Bee Good Honey and Wild Flax Daily Moisturiser. This is great for those with sensitive skin that needs a good dose of moisture, but not too much that it makes it greasy. It’s one of those does what it says on the tin kinda products!
