It’s the extra things I love buying most when it comes to Christmas, as I think you can get really personal with them (and a little silly – I know I always do, sorry boyfriend). For today’s Christmas Gift Guide, I’m chatting about those stocking fillers, secret santa ideas and the additional gifts you can pick up and give to a loved one.
Starting with skincare, Antipodes are one of my favourite natural skin brands and I’m yet to fault a product by them. So, the Antipodes Moisture Boost Minis set and the Antipodes Anti-Aging Minis set are such a great introduction to their line. They contain two products each and include some of their cult items, such as the Divine Face Oil and the Avocado Pear Night Cream, which I both use and adore.
Next, I couldn’t mention Christmas without The Body Shop and they’ve released some new fragrances this year as part of their xmas collection. I’ve included their Glazed Apple Body Polish and Lip Balm, as it really does smell like Apple Sourz and offers a good alternative to all the sweet cinnamon and gingerbread scents around. Plus their Frosted Cranberry Hand Cream, as the formula is so, so good and it smells so fruity without being sickly. There’s 40% off (and a free Vitamin E Moisturiser) with code 14665 at the moment too!
Speaking of lip balms, the Burts Bees A Bit of Burts Gift Set would make a great stocking filler. In it, you get a lip balm (cult favourite, no?) and their lemon cuticle butter. I love how it’s already got festive packaging with the gold bow, so is perfect to pop in along with other presents. I’ve also thrown in the Balmi Blackcurrent Lip Balm, as the scent is amazing and the Balmi lip balms have achieved a bit of a legendary status both in blog world and being a more accessible version of the EOS balms, plus they’re handy to throw in a bag and go!
For those that love their hair oils, the smaller size of the Ojon Rare Blend Oil Total Hair Therapy would be a good option, as one drop is enough meaning the bottle would still last ages. I’ll be gifting mine to my mum this Christmas, as she absolutely adores hair oils!
Finally, some lifestyle options. I really love Flamingo Candles and their Christmas line has some great scents in there this year, including Mulled Wine and Berries, Chocolate Orange and Vanilla & Spice (which I have been burning non-stop!). They have smaller sized scent melts, which I’ve included above, or their standard classic jars, which both include hours of burn time so your house will smell divine! The last thing to mention is the awesome Cotton Tail Ceramic Cotton Wool Dispenser, which has got to be the cutest thing ever. The cotton wool becomes its little tail and would look so sweet on someone’s dressing table. I know he/she (what shall we call it? Feel like it needs a name…) has been adopted onto mine!
