leopard print boots: £159 from bertie (via asos)
right, in a previous post i said these boots were ‘practical and comfortable’, but i am seriously considering taking that statement back as they are the most painful shoes i’ve ever worn. i had them on for a day at uni yesterday and they have completely obliterated my heels leaving a small bloodbath in their wake. my friend had to give me a lift to the metro station because i couldn’t physically walk there without wanting to break down in tears.
i, stupidly, hadn’t worn them in very much before i put them on for a full day, so it’s going to take me a lot of courage to try and break them in properly. oh, the pain! stupid boots, you may look beautiful but we’re definitely not on speaking terms.
