August has been a funny month for me so far style wise. I went from wearing as little as humanly possibly when I was in Venice to not fully establishing a style to wear because, you know, British Summer. I keep seeing the odd jumper and coat slowly creeping their way into the stores online on my daily trawls and it’s making me vaguely excited for A/W. As much as I love just wearing an oversized shirt and some skinny jeans, without having to worry about being frozen, part of me wants to see what boots and jumpers are going to grace my wardrobe this season. I am, however, going to take the same colour palette that I’ve been loving this S/S into Autumn, as I think icy tones and soft colours can work so well as the temperature drops.
I’m also really into jewellery at the moment and the one linked below is such a great example of the simple style that I go for. I’ve picked up some of those suede chokers and the shoelace style ones too (which you can see in yesterday’s outfit), but I do adore minimal gold chains and delicate jewels. I tend to stick to the same jewellery all of the time, so I’m trying to switch it up! Favourite new jewels post is definitely heading your way soon.
