today: heels and polkadots

jacket: religion / bag: celine / polkadot shirt: topshop / jeans: primark / heels: french connection (here)

hello! i hadn’t worn these jeans for months so decided to throw them on to go see the boy. we went to an awful restaurant and had some awful food to the point where we literally thought we’d been punk’d. yuck.
the next day i went into town to buy the things for my giveaway plus the things below. my hair appointment was at 2pm and it’s so nice to have all the damaged ends cut off, even though i feel like it’s really short now!
anyways, those heels were originally £160 (eep!) and reduced to £85 in the kurt geiger sale. i fell in love with them when i went to that fenwicks discount night, but couldn’t even justify the sale price. so, i looked on ebay and won a brand new pair for… £13! what a bargain! i’m used to wearing wedges so these skinny stiletto heels are going to take some work.

i really needed a highlighter to brighten up my face, as i feel like it’s really dull right now, so i picked up MAC’s soft and gentle skinfinish. had a mild heart attack at it being £21.50 (!) but hopefully it’ll be worth it. i also picked up that collection 2000 concealer as i had heard some good things and my dark circles don’t wanna quit!
the two end nail polishes came in a set from H&M, i hadn’t even tested them before my niece demanded them on her nails. the pink glitter is very pretty though, kinda reminds me of that topshop one. i bought beach party and hedonist from models own and grey matter and sweet as sugar from rimmel. they should make great bases for glitters i think!

i’m still taking emails if you would like to do a guest post on this blog, it can be anything fashion/trend/beauty related that takes your fancy. drop me a line at [email protected]. those who’ve already sent me an email, i’ll get back to you soon. thanks!
