so, now that christmas is out of the way, how are we feeling about the sales? i think they’re rubbish this year! i usually bankrupt myself in topshop, but i haven’t bought a single thing. though, i did pick up the above coat from zara (which i would have eventually bought anyways) and the heels (perfect for people who hate heels, they’re unbelievably comfortable), but was gutted they hardly knocked anything off the prices. i mean £119 to £99 is hardly a sale zara, c’mon now.
as i received my little parcel (i must admit their delivery is impressive) yesterday morning, i threw this on to go and meet my friend sharon for food. we went to a noodle bar and were forced to eat sushi dipped in wasabi and soy sauce by a guy who works there. it was one of the most vile things i have ever eaten! i mean, i adore japanese culture, but i draw the line at that utter assault on my taste buds! apart from suffering through the above, we had duck pancakes, pork noodles and she had sweet chilli chicken rice which was so good.
i was supposed to have a hair appointment today but i’ve cancelled it as i feel so run down, as does my boyfriend so i can’t see him today either! i’ll hopefully see him tomorrow instead so today is going to be full of vitamins, paracetamol, xbox and blogging. hey, it could be worse…
