i feel like some sort of hipster yeti from SS12 when pastel dye was all the rage in this coat. icy tones are my favourite in winter though, so it’s staying and you’ll probably see it quite a lot until next spring (or summer, because the UK is rubbish). plus, it matches models own’s utopia perfectly, it’s like they’re meant to be together.
moving onto the dress, how pretty is that collar! it’s not very often i buy a dress but the subtle damask print sold it to me (plus getting 30% off kinda helped too). wish i had added a little belt as that would have finished it off a bit better, but i’m sure i’ll get over it! i was going to take it to marrakech, but it’s that material that gets stuck to tights and probably won’t be all that appropriate!
having lots of work to do is still killing me, but i feel quite organised with it so should get it finished on time. my boyfriend is equally (probably more so, actually) busy, so it’s been rubbish not seeing him! suppose five solid days of his company next week will make up for it. either that or i’ll murder him, i haven’t quite decided yet as we’ve never spent that length of time together before haha.
