Hello! This week I’ve mostly been thinking about a fairly neutral palette of black, white, grey, soft cool shades and animal prints for detail. My wardrobe is pretty basic (read: boring) since I cleared it out but that’s the way I want it to be. If I could look like an Alexander Wang, Celine, Isabel Marant, Sandro and COS mash up, I’d be happy for the rest of my life. But, as those items are usually pretty much out of my reach (apart from maybe COS), I’ve been on the hunt to restock those must-have items but on a more reasonable budget.
Textures and materials are high priorities right now, so silk shirts and cashmere jumpers from Pure Collection are looking pretty heavenly. Can you imagine how snuggly that jumper would be? In the perfect pale neutral shade, too. I adore the texture of the leopard pony fur slip ons which I originally saw in Camilla’s wishlist post (same with the fur collar coat), too, very Celine-esque. I think I might be in love, you guys.
Even though my boyfriend told me to ‘calm down, Noel Fielding’ when I showed him the silver boots, I’ve came to the conclusion that I need them. Can anyone remember the gold ones that YSL Homme brought out (that blogger What Is Reality Anyway? used to wear back in the day)? I used to be obsessed with those. Obsessed. So this is as close as I’ll get, plus I’m more into silver these days when it comes to shoes so it’s all good. Plus, they’d go nicely with that leopard print jumper which I am totally buying as soon as I physically can. Why do I make these wishlists? Seriously. So much want.
