hello! first of all, i want to thank you all for your well wishes for the job interview i had last week as… i got the job! it’s only a retail position, but as the economy is so tough etc etc i’m grateful for it immensely. i’ll be starting next tuesday, apparently so i’ll only be in two days before i go to helsinki. typical. in relation to blogging, i sincerely hope this blog doesn’t take a back seat. i’ll have to spend my days off making sure i have a stockpile of outfit photos and reviews, so there’s always something spare if i’m too busy.
since i have evidently become wishlist obsessed on my blog (new ebay ones to come soon, i promise!), i keep mentally adding things which go way above and beyond any money that i’ll get paid from working. that michael kors watch from my last post is still on my mind and i noticed van mildert sell their stuff too (and some of it’s on sale, eep!), so i’ll be popping along to their store on my lunch break. i can’t justify it whatsoever, but it’s nice to dream, right?
as for the outfit, there’s such a lovely metallic effect going through these trousers that’s a total pain to capture, but trust me it’s there. everything gets automatically paired with either a white, black or grey jumper in my life so this is no exception, despite the weather. simple outfits are best, especially as this heat is throwing any form of outfit planning out of the window right now. it’s also destroying my ability to type concisely. ramble ramble…
