Can you believe a whole year has basically been and gone? Crazy, huh. My favourites has changed quite a bit from 2014 (see my makeup favourites and skincare favourites) til now, with only two products remaining consistent. I think it’s quite nice to look back on the makeup and skincare that have made such an impact on you throughout the year, especially as someone who tries a lot (and I mean a lot) of products out every month. Anyway, here’s the bits I’ve been adoring this year!

Start with makeup, I’ve been consistently using the above for months now and some I’ve rarely changed all year so it was a bit of a no brainer when it came to picking these. I didn’t include a foundation this year, as I’ve tested a lot but non have made the ultimate oh-my-god-I-cannot-live-without cut I’m afraid! However, on my face I have been head over heels for the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow, as not only is the packaging amazing, but it contains the perfect contour and highlight shades. They’re buttery soft and blend like a dream too!

On my eyes, I’ve just opted for the Eyeko Black Magic Mascara for the past few months. It’s oh so black, super thickening and stays all day (in fact, it’s a pain to remove, but in a good way) and I’d definitely repurchase if it ran out! Brows have been a big thing for me this year, especially with growing my fringe out, so I (like so many others) have been completely obsessed with the Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade and the Anastasia Brow Wiz. I’ve been shaping them top and bottom with the pomade, then brushing it into the centre and using the pencil to fill in the rest = the best brows!

Finally, as I adore lip products, there’s three that made the line up. First, the Fresh Sugar Rose Lip Treatment is the most deliciously scented balm I own! It’s like sherbet lemon mmm. It’s a gorgeous balm too and keeps lips hydrated all day! Nude lips have been a big thing for me in the last three months or so, so the combination of Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Pencil in Pillow Talk paired with Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick is so perfect! They’re both amazing products too.

Moving on from makeup and onto skincare and bodycare, these five products have been high on my favourites list throughout the year. First up, the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel has been a staple for me, as it not only smells amazing but it leaves your skin so soft once you’ve cleansed. A definite spa at home experience!

In the shower I’ve been using the LUSH The Comforter Shower Cream – who else is glad they made this? It’s the best. The Yuzu and Cocoa one is also amazing, need to get a big bottle of it! After getting all super clean, I’ve been consistently using the Soap and Glory Smoothie Star Deep Moisture Body Milk and it reminds me of a vanilla milkshake but warm and comforting and just so good.

Finally, we have two products which were the same as last year. The Zelens Triple Action Eye Cream is pretty much the only eye cream I’ll use now, as it genuinely helps my dark circles and smooths out my entire eye area. 100% worth the money! Aaand, lastly, the & Other Stories Hand Creams are fantastic, smell amazing and don’t cost a lot either. Punk Bouquet and Fig Fictions are my favourite scents, so make sure you pick one up!

What have you loved this year?
