yeah, i bought the boots. i’m not even going to try and justify the purchase or anything, haha. i just love them! they’re utterly perfect. if you live in europe, i would strongly recommend using mytheresa as there’s no custom charges. yay etc.
anyways, my bargain with myself so i could buy them was that i’m not allowed to buy anything new (either clothes or shoes) until september. that includes anything from the zara sale, which, by the way, is my favourite store in the world ever. the spending ban is going well so far but it’s only been a few days!
i wore this outfit the other day when i met up with the boy to go for pizza and a walk down the quayside. but, it was so ridiculously humid that a leisurely walk was very hard work!
the next day i met my sister in town to have a wander around the chinese supermarkets so she could buy ingredients. that gok wan cookbook has taken over her brain. later on i went to her house to see her new rabbit, who is adorable (named ‘fluffy’ by the 5 year old, dave by my sister) and then i went to my niece’s swimming lesson, she’s pretty awesome for her age!
such lovely packaging, aah. as you can see, there’s two boxes in there so i might have maybe got the red version too. eep! the boy said i look like noel fielding in them which i take as both a compliment (as i think he’s quite a well dressed individual) and an insult (as i’m not a guy! haha). either way, i shall wear them to death!
