As I seem to be going through my MAC beauty collection (see lip liners, lipsticks and paint pots), I thought I’d include a post on blushes! I used to have quite a few of them, but a recent cull means I got them down to four – and four beauties they are! I have a mix of cream and powder here as I love both formulas, so let’s crack on.
The Raspberry | One of my favourites shades has to be MAC Cream Blush in Posey. It’s the prettiest raspberry pink shade which leaves a natural flush on the cheeks. The formula is long lasting and isn’t shiny, either. Definitely one to look at!
The Peach | Another blush in the same formula is the pretty MAC Cream Blush in Something Special. I love this peachy tone, as it really brightens up the face and is the perfect shade for Spring/Summer. I always pair it with a gold eye and peachy/nude lips!
The Dusty Rose | This is one of my more recent purchases and it’s such a gorgeous tone! MAC Powder Blush in Desert Rose is the perfect dusty pinky rose shade, as the name would suggest. I really like this one for days when I can’t be bothered with my makeup, as it’s so natural on.
The Powder Pink | The final one in the list is the only blush I’ve ever repurchased. I started using MAC Powder Blush in Well Dressed. It’s a light, girly but very pretty true-pink blush, the first I ever bought from MAC and wore it to death as a teen. I really need to get back into using it!
