The Bobbi Brown Blush Edit

I’ve fawned over the wonderful Bobbi Brown in a recent(ish) blog post and I genuinely can’t get enough of their makeup at the moment. Their blushes are the only ones that currently feature in my daily makeup bag, and have done for a solid month now, due to their amazing pigment, longevity and texture. So it’s about time they got their own little feature, don’t you think?

There’s three shades that have been adorning my visage, ranging from soft peaches to more bright pinky hues. Starting with the former, Bobbi Brown Blush in Nude Peach is one of those perfect every day shades. They describe it as a ‘pale nude nectar’ and that sounds about right. It’s soft, as subtle as you want it to be but brighten and warms the face when worn and is pretty as a peach. Sorry.

The mid-range colour is the still beautiful Bobbi Brown Blush in Blushed. Again, a wearable everyday shade which comes off like a dusty-rose pink. This would be absolutely perfect with berry and darker pink toned lips for Autumn/Winter, as it’s very flattering! I’m pairing it with a raspberry lipstick as I type…

Aaand last but certainly not least, the slightly bolder Bobbi Brown Blush in Apricot. Sounds like it would be a peachy tone, but it’s a bright watermelon pink shade which is absolutely gorgeous in the pan. Again, you can wear it subtle for a lil’ pop of colour or go bold with a nude lip and a flick of eyeliner.

Have you tried Bobbi Brown blushes before? Psst, you can get them cheaper at Fragrance Direct!
